Executive Shield Partners was founded to address a specific gap: the distance between compliance advisory which produces reports and recommendations and the documented, operational governance infrastructure that regulators and auditors actually need to inspect.

The EU AI Act and GDPR require evidence of governance, not opinions about it. That means structured documentation, traceable decisions, accessible audit trails, and controls that function without someone actively managing them. That is what we build.

The decision to work natively inside Microsoft 365 came from the same logic. Compliance infrastructure that lives outside an organisation’s primary technology environment creates adoption friction, sovereignty questions, and another vendor relationship to manage. When governance runs inside SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and Copilot Studio where the organisation already works it functions automatically.
